1. Introduction

Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification is prohibited and may result in Account termination.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Registration Process
To access the full range of mpltoto services, you are required to complete the registration process accurately, providing a valid email address, username, password and any other information requested. mpltoto may, at its discretion, require additional verification before activating an Account.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mpltoto Account credentials, including your password. You must not share login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify mpltoto support immediately.
4.3 KYC Verification
mpltoto reserves the right to request identity documents — such as a copy of a MyKad (Malaysian National Registration Identity Card), passport, utility bill or bank statement — at any stage for age verification, identity confirmation or anti-money-laundering compliance. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.
5. Terms of Use
5.1 Permitted Use

5.2 Responsibility for Stakes

6.2 Deposit Conditions

7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
All mpltoto bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution rates, expiry periods and cash-out limits as communicated at the time of the offer. Users are responsible for reviewing these conditions in full before claiming any promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements

8. Prohibited Conduct
Users of the mpltoto Platform must not engage in any of the following:
- Registering an Account if aged under 21 or on behalf of a person aged under 21.
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during KYC.
- Opening, operating or controlling more than one Account on mpltoto.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy or other circumvention tools.

mpltoto reserves the right to investigate any Account or activity suspected of violating these prohibitions and to take remedial action, including Account suspension, fund withholding and referral to relevant authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the mpltoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, page layouts, design elements and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpltoto or its respective licensors. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of mpltoto.
The mpltoto name, logo and related brand identifiers are proprietary marks. Any unauthorised use of these identifiers is prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The mpltoto Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mpltoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses — including loss of profits, gaming losses, loss of data or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if mpltoto has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
10.3 Force Majeure
mpltoto shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, power outages or third-party service disruptions.
11. Suspension & Termination
mpltoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
- A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
- mpltoto has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
- A User's Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by mpltoto's operational policies.
- A User has requested self-exclusion under mpltoto's Responsible Gambling Policy.
- Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require Account closure.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting mpltoto support. Pending withdrawal requests and any outstanding verified balances will be processed in accordance with mpltoto's standard payment procedures, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any withholding obligations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Users accessing mpltoto from Malaysia acknowledge that they are responsible for compliance with all local laws applicable to their use of online gaming platforms.
